Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 2 years of experience as an RN
Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments
Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student’s educational participation and inclusion
Support student health needs through care coordination and emergency response
Maintain accurate documentation of student health records and interventions
