Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Experience in Progressive Care Unit preferred.
• Knowledge of progressive care unit practices and standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current BLS certification.
