Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a RN
  • Qualified applicants MUST have BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications
  • Must have a valid State RN license
  • Must be willing to obtain WV licensure if not already licensed
  • Must have current immunizations and comply with facility vaccination policies

Responsibilities

  • Maintain patient safety by adhering to ASPAN guidelines, with ratios not exceeding 1:2 in Phase 1 and rarely overstaffed with 2 RNs in Phase 2, totaling 3 RNs.
  • Accurately interpret strips and vital signs using EMR EPIC; collaborate with team members and ensure smooth patient transitions through pre-op, Phase 1, and Phase 2 stages.
