About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a local contract nursing job in Alexandria, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care services
- Assist with patient recovery after anesthesia
- Monitor patients for complications and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient care activities and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
- Experience in PACU preferred
- Knowledge of post-anesthesia care protocols
Qualifications

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
