Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Rockford, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room under the supervision of an RN or MD.
• Assist with surgical procedures as directed by the surgeon.
• Ensure sterile technique and patient safety during all procedures.
• Manage post-operative care as assigned.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in OR preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of sterile technique.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
