About the role
This is a local contract nursing job in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients with hematological malignancies, bone marrow transplant, car-T therapy, chemotherapy administration, and solid oncology diagnoses.
- Administer chemotherapy treatments.
- Follow patient ratios of 1:4.
- Work 12-hour shifts, nights, every other weekend.
- Accept first-time travelers and locals.
- Float within the scope of skillset as needed across The Morris and Main Campus.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Oncology Registered Nurse.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and CHEMO certifications.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Jersey.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in oncology care.
- Experience with chemotherapy administration.
