Local Contract Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $52-55 per hour
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
About the Role
This is a 13-week local contract position in a hospital setting, with the potential to support both local and traveler candidates. The role offers an opportunity to provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry environment during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, recognizing abnormal patterns promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
- Document patient responses and coordinate with healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio licensure, BLS, and ACLS requirements.
- Work at least every other holiday as scheduled.
- Complete assessments and tests during orientation, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
