Job Description
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric and medical-surgical patients.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg and/or Telemetry experience.
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred if required by facility).
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
