Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Huntington, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of nurses in a long-term care setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care
• Develop and implement care plans
• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff
• Conduct shift rounds and monitor patient conditions
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or acute care settings
• Experience managing a team of nurses
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
