About the role

The role is for a contract nurse RN in Long Term Care (LTC) in Franklin, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current RN license in New Hampshire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a physical exam.
