About the role
The role is for a contract nurse RN in Long Term Care (LTC) in Orono, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient’s condition and develop a care plan.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Maine.
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
