About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Silverdale, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians during deliveries.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary.
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of a BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
