Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Assistant Manager, Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the nursing unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality
• Oversee staff scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing assistants and aides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience
• Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
