Shift: 12 hours, days, on call
Requirements
- Active NY RN License
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience in an acute care hospital setting
- BLS through AHA required
- Must be comfortable scrubbing and circulating
- Must be able to scrub and circulate general OR cases / most surgical cases
- Endoscopy/procedural experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate surgical procedures
- Support general OR cases and procedural/endoscopy cases as needed
- Maintain sterile field and surgical safety standards
- Absorb patient positioning and intraoperative monitoring
- Complete accurate surgical documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and procedural teams
