About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Post Partum for a local contract nursing job in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Perform routine nursing duties such as administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with patient transfers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current California RN license
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
