About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Post Partum for a local contract nursing job in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Perform routine patient assessments and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current California RN license
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
- Knowledge of post-partum patient care protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on relevant nursing boards
- Comprehensive understanding of post-partum patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
