About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to travel to Columbus, Ohio
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
