Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in Med Surg / Telemetry units
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Arizona RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
