Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a local contract nursing job in Soldotna, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
• Assist physicians with deliveries and manage postpartum patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Alaska.
• Experience in LDRP preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved nursing program.
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
