About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Oregon City, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide labor and delivery care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assist with the management of laboring patients, including monitoring progress and providing appropriate interventions.
- Participate in postpartum care and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during labor and delivery.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
