Local Contract Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $57-67 per hour

About the role

Level III hospital in East Wisconsin is looking for an L&D/OB RN to start in the month of June.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring mothers and newborns in the delivery room.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor fetal heart tones.
• Administer medications and fluids as prescribed.
• Monitor mother and baby’s vital signs and provide postpartum care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
