About the role
A hospital in the Kansas City area is in need of a Labor and Deliver RN to work a 13 week travel assignment.
The L&D nurse will be working 12 hour nights and must have his/her ACLS, BLS and NRP certifications and experience with fetal monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery.
- Perform fetal monitoring and other essential L&D procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Experience with fetal monitoring.
- Knowledge of labor and delivery protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
