Local Contract Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $54-64 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in Worland, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist with deliveries and monitor the progress of labor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor the mother and baby's vital signs and overall condition.
• Document patient care activities and medical history accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wyoming.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Advanced EFM certification.
• Two years of labor and delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
