Local Contract Interventional Radiology - $56-60 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Charleston, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilization.
• Operate equipment and perform procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and embolizations.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in interventional radiology or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to interventional radiology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
