Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and patient education.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in interventional radiology procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.

Skills

• Proficient in operating interventional radiology equipment.
• Good understanding of medical imaging techniques.
