About the role
The small hospital in central Oregon is seeking a float RN for Medsurg to float to L&D for night shift on a 13 week contract.
Responsibilities
- Floater role for Medsurg and L&D shifts
- Provide emergency department (ED) care as needed
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Experience in med-surg preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management
