About the role
We are seeking a contract nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Clinton, Iowa. This position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is for a duration of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients as needed
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
