About the role
The Great Hospital in western Illinois is currently seeking an experienced ED (Emergency Department) traveling nurse to cover a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions
- Perform diagnostic tests and administer treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Current Illinois license
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
