About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients as needed
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred
- Knowledge of emergency room protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 19, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
