Local Contract Director - Occupational Therapist - $47-66 per hour

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist Director for a position in King City, California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Occupational Therapy department
• Develop and implement occupational therapy programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Evaluate and improve occupational therapy services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy, approved by the respective American Occupational Therapy Associations
• Currently licensed in the State of California by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance
• Possess all additional qualifications as recommended by the profession’s CA Therapy Board and the Rehabilitation Services Department
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Occupational Therapy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in managing a therapeutic program
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in using healthcare software and documentation systems

Benefits

LanceSoft offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $119,000.00 to $158,000.00 annually ($47.21/hour - $65.96/hour approx), medical benefits, and other industry-leading perks.

40 hours per week, 10 hours per shift, days
