Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Ultrasound Technologist for a local contract job in Ontario, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and procedure results.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Ultrasound Technologist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Proficiency in ultrasound equipment operation.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
