About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a local contract CT Technologist for a local contract job in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography technology.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret images.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or registry eligible.
- Advanced certification in CT.
- Maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
- Maintain current competency in HCP BLS.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights.
- Must be available for a 12-hour shift.
Skills
- Strong technical skills in CT imaging.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
