Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program.
• Passing score on a national certification exam (if required).

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
