Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $47-51 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist in Columbia, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in South Carolina.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of catheterization laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
