Local Contract Cath Lab Tech - $56-66 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week duration, 40-hour per week position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current registration as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice.

Schedule

Shifts will rotate between two different schedules:

• Week 1: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, working in the facility.
• Week 2: On-call from Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM, and Saturday through Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM.
