About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in Florida.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of catheterization techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program.
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating catheterization equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
