Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (EP) - $55 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week duration in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms (ECGs) and electrophysiology studies (EPS).
• Insert specialized catheters into the heart to measure electrical activity.
• Assist physicians during procedures to correct arrhythmias, such as cardiac ablation.
• Maintain patient safety by monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
• Operate medical equipment during procedures.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a relevant training program in cath lab technology.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating medical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours, days.
