Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
• Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment used in catheterization labs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
