Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $65-77 per hour
About the role
Bronx, New York. Busy Level I Trauma facility near NYC is looking for Cath Lab travelers for 13 week contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Assist physicians during complex cardiovascular procedures
- Manage equipment and supplies in the cath lab environment
- Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Academic hospital experience
- Comfortable with high patient ratios
- NY Licensure
- ACLS, BLS, and COVID Vaccination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current registration as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of New York
- Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology
Skills
- Proficiency in operating medical equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
