About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Gastonia, North Carolina. The shift is 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures
  • Document patient data accurately and maintain records
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in North Carolina
  • Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac cath lab technology
  • Passing scores on relevant certification exams

Pay

Schedule

The schedule is 40 hours per week, with shifts of 10 hours, days.
