About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Cumberland, Maryland. The shift is 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in Maryland
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in cath lab technology
• Basic computer skills

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
