Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $46-54 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist in Dyer, Indiana. This position is for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with a 10-hour shift during the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the physician
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Indiana
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Current CPR certification

• Proficiency with medical equipment used in catheterization labs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
