Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $46-54 per hour

About the role

The Milwaukee area hospital is in need of a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with EP experience for an ASAP travel contract. This facility is well known for being a great environment for a traveler with perm staff treating you as their own. Much to do year round with Baseball, Football, metro area shopping choices.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Document all procedures and patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Conscious/procedural sedation competency.
• Able to take call.
• Willing to obtain Wisconsin license, estimated 10 days to receive.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures preferred.
