Local CDL Route Driver

Waste Connections of Nebraska is looking for safety-conscious Local CDL Garbage Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Crofton, Wayne, and Norfolk, Nebraska. We invest in our employees by providing the truck and training needed to grow your career as a CDL driver—including paying for your CDL.

Pay

$24–$26 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM until route is complete

Locations

Crofton, Wayne, and/or Norfolk, Nebraska

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
• Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report any issues or concerns to management
