About the role

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL B Truck Driver to support local delivery operations for a client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This long‑term flex opportunity offers consistent weekday work, local routes, automatic equipment, and the potential for permanent placement. The role involves light‑touch freight (paper) handling, including unloading with a pallet jack, dolly, and occasional hand unloading.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles on local routes.
• Transport paper freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
• Unload deliveries using a pallet jack, dolly, and by hand when necessary.
• Complete required pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Requirements

• Valid CDL B license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Schedule
