Local CDL A Truck Drivers - $24 Per Hour - 2nd Shift

About the role

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Schedule

• Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday
• 3–5 AM start
• 40–50 hours per week
• Home daily

Pay

$24 per hour

Route & Freight

• Local routes within 250 miles
• General freight
• Drop and hook, live load/live unload

Requirements

• CDL A license
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks, including drop and hook and the occasional unload
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
