About the Role
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, TN. This is a long-term FLEX assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position. Home daily routes cover a 250-300-mile radius with general freight, primarily drop-and-hook and live load/unload.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment on local routes
- Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks, including drop and hook and the occasional unload
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
Requirements
- CDL A license
- 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Pay
$24 per hour + overtime after 45 hours
Schedule
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday, 5 PM start, 10-14 hour shifts
