About the role
Safely operate tractor-trailers and deliver a variety of products to customer locations on assigned routes.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers and manually unload/deliver items such as meats, produce, frozen foods, and groceries.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly service and understanding their operational needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
- Handle touch freight, including lifting and moving product weighing 40-100 pounds.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience, including at least 6 months of route delivery experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Flexible with overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy products repeatedly.
Preferred Skills
- Customer delivery experience, hand truck use, and food and beverage knowledge.
- Stable work history of at least 2 years.
