Local CDL-A Truck Driver - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Local CDL-A Yard Driver responsible for moving trailers within a designated yard, performing drop and hook operations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining safety procedures and accurate logs.

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers between dock doors and within the yard
• Ensuring safety compliance and proper documentation
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and yard personnel

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving record and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and get in/out of trucks frequently
