Route Type & Schedule
- Route Type: Local
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays; 1 AM or 1 PM start time
- Type of Assignment: Dedicated, temp to hire
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Heavy Touch
Pay & Compensation
- Orientation: $30/hr
- After training: $24/hr + components
- Quarterly Performance/Safety Bonus
- 40 hours vacation
- $50 for each and every tarp secured
- $25/hr - Detention
- $25/hr – Breakdown
- $35/night - Per Diem if necessary
Responsibilities
- Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Strapping and Tarping
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
